new home for some of my bees, Jen & David have kindly offered to host some of my hives.
And a lovely home it is too...
They have an organic garden with lots of nectar producing plants and a newly planted orchard of top-fruit trees. So my bees will be busy in the spring when the blossom is out!
Jen specialises in 'Better Eating for a Healthier Life', organising healthy eating courses from their rural retreat in Warfield near Windsor & Maidenhead in Berkshire.
I have tried Jen's recipe 'Roasted Butternut Squash Curry with black Beans and Coconut' very tasty , I give it 5*s, next it's going to be the 'Pistachio Strawberry & Vanilla Cheesecake'.
